Refund & Cancellation

Our Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Parfumsecrets.ae. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return items to our warehouse within 10 days of receiving them. Please note that our refund policy applies only to creation perfume and concentrated oil.

Once your returned items are processed, your refund will be transferred to your account within 10 days. A 15 AED delivery charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returning Your Goods Safely

You are responsible for the cost and safety of the goods until they reach us. For your security, we recommend insuring your parcel for the value of the items and keeping all delivery records.

Please always include your order reference number in any correspondence and make sure the original invoice is with your parcel.

Refund Options

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for your purchase (e.g., PayPal, Debit/Credit Card).

Incorrect or Faulty Products

We meticulously inspect all products before shipping to ensure the highest quality.  However, if you receive an item that's you want to exchange, return, broken goods, damaged goods, goods not received, changed your mind, wrong goods received, etc., please contact hello@parfumsecrets.ae. Include your order number, details of the product you intended to purchase, or describe the problem with the item received.

We take great care to inspect every product before shipping to ensure top quality. However, if you receive an item that is incorrect or defective, please contact us promptly at hello@parfumsecrets.ae or via WhatsApp at +971 50 661 4327.

When reaching out, include your order number, the product(s) you expected, a description of the issue, and let us know if you prefer a refund or a replacement. Our customer care team will assist you with the return process and guide you through the next steps.

Order Cancellation

If you haven't received your order yet and wish to cancel it before it's dispatched,
please contact hello@parfumsecrets.ae or via WhatsApp at +971 50 661 4327.

If your order has already been processed and sent out before you decide to cancel, you'll need to return the goods to us. We will then process your refund for the full order amount, excluding any shipping charges.
